1. PP PE Film Washing Line:
PP PE film recycling washing line is mainly used to deal with various plastic LDPE agricultural film, LLDPE wrap film, PP woven bags and other plastic materials after consumption. The plastic film is completely cleaned by efficient crushing system, continuous washing and powerful drying equipment. We can provide customized recycling equipment solutions designed according to customer's material conditions.
2.PET Bottle Washing Line:
Plastic PET bottle washing recycling line is used to recycle post-consumer PET bottles. The key point of PET recycling system is the rate of removing the impurities.The higher purity PET flakes will improve the end product and lower the manufacturing cost of next processing.
We could design different PET recycling solutions basis on the requirement of standards on final flakes.
3. HDPE PP Bottle Washing Line:
Our HDPE PP bottle containers recycling washing line is working to process the post-consumer waste and used plastic bottles,cans,bucket,etc. The baled opener will make the plastic bricks into loose first, double shaft shredder will pre-cut the big plastic tank into small, de-ironing manget separator could remove the irons and protect the blades in crusher.
By constantly crushing ans washing system,the final HDPE PP flakes will be dry and clean.
