Equipment fabrication technology introduction:

Network band structure:

Electronic control system  :
Electric control cabinet has leakage protection system, super temperature and abnormal automatic alarm system; the equipment transmission appeared in the process of automatic fault alarm.

Continuous fryer:

1. Material: The machine is made of national standard SUS 304 stainless steel.

2. Mesh belt style: bottom belt with flat perforated mesh belt (coated with fluorine) plus material plate, chain edge for 25.4 pitch chain. Mesh belt size: width 700mm, pitch 25.4*4*Φ7, ball type. The network belt is a spiral network belt. The upper and lower webbing are about 5 cm apart.

3. The heating power is 230Kw, and the PLC control screen is Siemens control system. At the same time, it is equipped with three sets of power regulators, which can adjust the heating power in the range of 0-230 Kw.

4. The inner side plate leakage design can observe whether the internal network belt is clean, and ensure that the material in the middle of the network belt will not leak out.

5. After lifting, there should be a bumper; Ensure the safety of cleaning. Install the upper limit function during the lifting process to prevent device damage caused by a high lifting.

6. Conveyor motor power 1.1Kw, high temperature circulating pump power 2.2Kw.

8. Install the oil level control device, which has an alarm when there is a lack of oil, and has an automatic oil refill function.

9. Frying time should be controlled within 2.5-8 minutes. The frying time is adjusted according to the customer.

11. High temperature measuring head control temperature, temperature automatic control. Temperature measuring head 2 pieces, including inlet temperature measurement, high temperature alarm temperature measurement; A digital display temperature meter, an alarm, workers real-time monitoring temperature.

12. The electric box adopts independent waterproof design, and the main line and all the power cables and control lines pass through the bottom of the electric box; All electrical box perforations are sealed without leakage.

13. The chimney adopts aluminum foil paper steel wire chimney with temperature resistance above 260 degrees.

14. Oil consumption of equipment: 1.05 cubic meters. 1.50 square oil storage tank 2 pieces, store different edible oils.

15. Principle: After the material enters the frying machine, because the hot oil is in a tumbling state, the material is evenly distributed to prevent adhesion, and after entering the frying area, it is evenly and orderly through the frying area. Ensure the product frying time is consistent, uniform color. The anti-floating pressure belt will soak the material in the hot oil during the whole frying process, pass through the external slag removal device, and filter the residue during the cycle. The aging speed of edible oil is reduced, and the utilization rate of edible oil is improved more effectively. Thus reducing costs.
 

The Automatic Frying machine consists of automatic belt conveying system, elevating system, oil adding system, oil temperature controlling system, etc.

With Pure oil filtration process, use less oil, to improve the rate of replacement of oil. highly increasing the using life of oil, saving energy.

Before each batch of goods is delivery, we will make a comprehensive container arrangement in advance according to the order quantity and the size, volume and gross weight of each of our food machinery, that is, how many units of goods can be loaded in each container, and where each equipment is installed in the container. All of these are carefully calculated. This way, the calculation is accurate. First, when loading, it can be easily loaded quickly and accurately according to the container arrangement diagram. Then, it is designed in advance to make full use of every bit of space in the container to avoid space waste, which can save and control costs for our customers and friends;

Firstly, all the food machinery we have processed and manufactured will be first inspected by our professional technical inspectors. Professional technical inspection engineers conduct all-round inspections, from a small accessory, screws to welding conditions, welds, welding wires, welds, and the operation of the entire set of equipment.
