This cleaning and drying machine is a cleaning and air-drying machine designed by our company based on domestic and foreign technologies.The machine is divided into three sections, a hot alkaline water section, a hot water section, and a clean water section. It cleans the stolen goods during air drying; each water tank is equipped with a single valve to discharge  There is a cut-off pipe at the back for the same discharge.  The alkaline water tank and the hot water tank are respectively equipped with steam heating tubes or electric heating tubes; the water temperature in the two water tanks is automatically controlled, and can be set arbitrarily from normal temperature to 80°C; the equipment has large cleaning capacity, good oil removal effect, and high cleaning rate. After transportation  The mesh belt is conveyed to the high-pressure spray cleaning. After being sprayed and cleaned with tap water, the cleaned plates are output from the cleaning part and then enter the water removal section of the drying box. The water removal part uses the four directions of up, down, left, and right to remove water and blow dry the tray.  Entering the drying part, the circulating air generated by the fan is used to dry the tray from top to bottom in the drying tunnel, and the temperature reaches 60-100 degrees (the temperature can be adjusted by itself.

Circulating filtration water tank:
Dirty water during equipment use is filtered through the circulating water tank and then injected back into the cleaning tank to achieve water circulation filtration and save energy.
 

Four sided fan-shaped nozzle:
High-pressure spray outlet.Adopting a detachable nozzle surrounded by four sides,the outlet sprays the fan-shaped water surface,with a large contact area and good cleaning effect.
 

High power water pump:
The stainless steel pump head equipped with a high-power water pump is durable and long-lasting.
